Adopts

TERMS OF USE FOR ADOPTABLES- Payment through Paypal or Venmo- After payment, you will receive PNG of full design as well as a transparent of the main design.- If AB or large offer, then you will receive the PNG, Procreate+PSD file. Other add-ons will be specified on adopt.- Upon request, I may do a few small edits to the design for you free such as color changes or slight tweaks.- Payment plans possible on adopts $100+. Holds possible if 20% deposit up to a month.-No refunds.- Do not use any of my art or adopts for AI/NFTsYou have full ownership of character once paid for so feel free to use them in anything, but please credit me as the original artist.- Do not claim my art/design as your own.- If you break any of my rules, I will ban you from buying anything from me.--------------------------------------------TRADE/SELL/EDITS- You can alter/edit the design after purchase- You can gift and resell any designs- When trading or reselling the adopt, let them know/show the rules as well for the design you bought.- Please don't resell higher than original price unless additional commissions/art have been made/added to the character--------------------------------------------COPYRIGHT- The ownership of design\character belongs to buyer, however, I keep the rights over original design and can use it for self promotion- You cannot make an NFT out of the original artwork or the adopt itself, sell it for cryptocurrency or use for/in anything AI related. Commissions

- I reserve the right to decline commissions, for any reason.- Payment via Paypal or Venmo. I will send an invoice to you after discussing cost.- I take payment upfront and am open to payment plans. You are entitled to a refund if I do not finish the commission or if I do not accept it.- I will most likely be posting the finished commission on my social media. Let me know if you'd like me to tag you (provide handle please) or not to post the piece online.- I try to complete commissions within the month, but will communicate with you as best as I can about updates or delays.- Refunds provided if I do not finish commission.- If you want to use any of my art commercially, fees and terms may be negotiated.- The use of any of my illustrations for NFTs/AI is NOT ALLOWED.
